Town Oaks townhomes are owner occupied so we do not handle rental units, however there is a small handful of owners who are able to sublet their units because they are grandfathered into a rule that allows them to rent their unit out. If you have found a person who is legally allowed to rent their unit to you, you should contact that person directly. However, if you are interested in purchasing a townhome in our community you can ask your Realtor to add "Town Oaks" to an MLS search and units will pop up when they become available. Typically, 8-12 units go up for sale per year but units tend to sell quickly so it is important to check back regularly.   Good luck in your search.
